These Terms of Use apply to babbageos.com, the public Babbage OS messaging consent flow, and related pilot intake interactions.
This site is for product information, implementation intake, pilot evaluation, and opt-in collection for Babbage OS operational text messages.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to request a pilot, buy a service, receive support, or complete any transaction. People who do not want SMS can use the non-SMS pilot request form at babbageos.com/#book-pilot or email hello@babbageos.com.
Access to any live product environment remains subject to separate service agreements, implementation controls, and customer-specific operating terms.
Program name: Babbage OS operational messaging
Program description: Babbage OS sends recurring operational SMS messages to people who explicitly request updates about pilot evaluation, intake coordination, missing information follow-up, scheduling, and workflow status changes tied to the workflow they asked us to support.
Message frequency varies by workflow and stage. Message and data rates may apply.
After opt-in is recorded, the first Babbage OS text message may confirm: "Babbage OS: You are opted in to operational messaging for your requested workflow. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel."
For support, contact hello@babbageos.com or text HELP in reply to a Babbage OS message.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that Babbage OS messaging flow unless you opt in again.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
