We do not use public-site analytics to capture customer workflow records, regulated operational data, or portal content from the live product.
We use submitted information to respond to pilot and implementation requests, evaluate workflow fit, schedule follow-up, deliver customer support, and send operational SMS updates that you asked to receive.
